Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Chattanooga at Cleveland is seeking a Physical Therapy Team Leader to guide a dedicated PT team within an inpatient rehab setting. You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and deliver compassionate patient care to foster meaningful outcomes.

The role emphasizes leadership, clinical expertise, and collaboration with hospital departments to ensure evidence-based treatments and excellent patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree from an accredited therapy program.
• Minimum of three years of experience in physical therapy or leadership, with at least two years of clinical experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty professional certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in daily operations of the therapy team, including scheduling, orientation, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments.
• Provide direct patient care and build rewarding relationships by addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
