Encompass Health is seeking a Dynamic Physical Therapy Team Leader to guide daily operations of the therapy department, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality patient care in a hospital setting. You will collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations, oversee scheduling and training, and provide direct patient care to foster positive outcomes.

The role emphasizes leadership, clinical excellence, and a commitment to compassionate, evidence-based practice across a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited therapy program.
• Minimum of three years of experience in physical therapy or leadership, with at least two years of clinical experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in daily therapy team operations, including scheduling, orientation, training, and cross‑communication with hospital departments.
• Provide direct patient care and build rewarding relationships by addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid recovery.
