Job summary

HealthPRO Heritage in Quincy, MA is seeking a Part-time Physical Therapist for our ALF/Memory Care facility. The role offers $57-$61 per hour, with a $1500 sign-on bonus, and outpatients in a long-term care site.

Licensed PTs or license-eligible therapists are invited to apply. Responsibilities include patient assessments, therapeutic exercise, education for patients and families, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care in a supportive, mission-driven

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensure as a Physical Therapist or license eligible.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities.
• Excellent communication and patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Patient assessment evaluating mobility, strength, and flexibility.
• Provide treatments and education to improve function and reduce pain.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress and plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team for coordinated patient care.
