Qualifikationen

LTC Therapy Services is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for a skilled nursing rehabilitation position in Quincy, MA. Follow residents from initial evaluation through treatment and discharge planning, using your clinical judgment to help them improve movement and manage the physical demands of daily life.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate mobility, strength, balance, and range of motion while reviewing residents' medical history and precautions.
• Establish individualized plans of care with measurable goals tied to daily function.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, transfer practice, and other appropriate physical therapy interventions.
• Educate residents and caregivers on mobility equipment, fall prevention, and techniques for safer movement.
• Reassess outcomes, adjust treatment plans, and supervise PTA services.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and collaborate with nursing and rehabilitation colleagues on ongoing care and discharge recommendations.
