HealthPro Heritage is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a Part-Time Weekend role in Quincy, MA. You will join an established rehab team in an Assisted Living & Memory Care setting, providing outpatient therapy within a long-term care community.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' mobility, strength, and flexibility
• Provide therapeutic exercises and manual therapy to improve function and reduce pain
• Educate patients and families on exercises, posture and home routines
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress and treatment plans
• Collaborate with healthcare providers in multidisciplinary teams
