Job summary

HealthPro Heritage in Quincy, MA is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our long-term care rehab team. You will provide direct patient care, implement treatment plans created by Physical Therapists, and help residents improve mobility and independence in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program.
Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant, or license eligible
Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in implementing prescribed PT treatment plans and provide direct patient care.
Monitor patient progress, document observations, and educate patients and families.
Document treatments and outcomes in compliance with policies and standards.
Collaborate with PTs and other staff to ensure coordinated care.
