Job summary

HealthPro Heritage is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a PRN opportunity in Braintree, MA within SNF and long-term care settings. Flexible schedules and a pay range of $46-$49 per hour accompany a mission-driven work culture focused on compassionate therapy.

You will assist in implementing treatment plans, document patient progress, educate families, and collaborate with therapists and care teams to ensure quality outcomes in diverse settings.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant, or license eligible.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists. Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality applications.
• Monitor and document patient progress, report observations to the Physical Therapist, and educate patients and families on treatment protocols, exercises, and self-care techniques.
• Accurately document patient treatments, progress, and responses in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with Physical Therapists, other healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care and effective treatment outcomes.
