HealthPro Heritage has a PTA opportunity at a Long-Term Care facility in Hingham, MA. Join our established rehab team and contribute to quality patient care in a supportive environment. Pay ranges from $40 to $43 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities include assisting in treatment plans, providing direct patient care, documenting progress, and collaborating with Therapists and staff to achieve outcomes. We value teamwork, ongoing learning, and excellence in service to residents.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant, or license eligible.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists.
• Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality applications.
• Monitor and document patient progress, report observations to the Physical Therapist, and educate patients and families on treatment protocols.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists, other healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care and effective treatment outcomes.
