Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification within 6 months of hire.
• Mandt Training within 1 year of hire.
• Valid Alaska Driver's License and insurability under corporate insurance.
• Medication Training required; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client care within a 24-hour framework to promote safety and well-being in the Malone Home.
• Create a healthy, safe structured environment and engage clients and families in a therapeutic alliance.
• Escort clients within Bethel and outside as needed.
• Actively participate in client social, educational and therapeutic activities.
• Take direction and demonstrate a commitment to learning.
