To provide a healthy, safe structured environment; engage clients and families in a therapeutic alliance; provide therapeutic interventions as directed; function as an active member of the Malone home team. Assist with escorting clients within Bethel and outside of Bethel, when needed. Psych techs are expected to be an active participant in client social, educational and therapeutic activities.
