Supervisory duties for psychiatric technicians are included, with oversight by clinical coordinators. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED (RHS preferred) and experience with children, families, and cross-cultural settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; RHS certification preferred.
• Two years supervised experience with children and families; cross-cultural experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; basic data entry skills.
• Ability to read safety/operating manuals and write routine reports.
• Ability to perform basic math and interpret data visually.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily operation of YK Residential facilities and programming.
• Provide supervisory support for psychiatric technicians as directed.
• Report to facility Clinical Coordinators unless directed otherwise.
