Haven Behavioral Hospital of Eastern PA is seeking a Part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our psychiatric care team. NEW GRADS WELCOME. Shift options include 3rd shift (11p-7:30a) and Night shift (7p-7a) with weekend rotations.

The RN will lead milieu management, direct patient care, medication administration and documentation in accordance with policy and standards, contributing to high-quality behavioral health services.

Qualifications

• Graduate nurse eligibility for Pennsylvania licensure.
• Experience in psychiatry/behavioral health preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced mental health setting.

Responsibilities

• Uses nursing process for assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation to create individualized care plans.
• Administers medications safely and monitors for adverse drug reactions.
• Provides education to patients and families about treatments and medications.
• Documents patient progress accurately and maintains confidentiality in records.
• Collaborates with the care team to coordinate services and ensure patient safety.
• Floats among units as needed and supports staff in care delivery.
