Job summary

Aspire Health and Community Services is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to join the Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) team. The 24-hour crisis stabilization unit provides short-term care for adults with behavioral health needs.

Typical shifts are 16 hours with alternating weekends. Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and hold an RN license; experience in mental health settings is preferred. Compensation is based on experience and licensing.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's degree).
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the state board.
• Ability to work independently with sound clinical judgment.
• One year of acute mental health or co-occurring disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document clients' medication self-administration with safe practices.
• Monitor clients' physical health needs and coordinate care with staff.
• Facilitate health and wellness groups and recovery planning activities.
• Deliver nursing interventions and support WRAP and safety planning.
• Complete clinical documentation and participate in trainings.
