Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess and coordinate care by evaluating patients’ physical and behavioral health needs.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Maintain medical records and educate patients and families about conditions.
• Provide nursing care per state regulations and facility policies.
• Ensure orders are legible and properly transcribed.
• Monitor patient status and document changes as they occur.
• Notify physicians of significant changes in patient condition.
• Complete admission and discharge processing accurately.
• Maintain therapeutic rapport and professional boundaries.
• Coordinate unit activities and communicate with staff and patients.
