• Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required.
• One or more years of nursing experience in a clinical setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient health and administer basic nursing care within LPN scope.
• Document patient progress accurately and communicate changes to the care team.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians and other staff to meet patient needs and ensure safety.
• Provide patient comfort and assist with care plans as directed.
• Maintain professional nursing standards per facility policies.
