Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic financial and accounting skills are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Process lease applications, assist with verification, and inform applicants of results.
• Maintain records in property management software and resident files; organize reports and leases.
• Assist with rent collection and input revenue data.
• Enforce policies and procedures (Site Operations, Compliance, Maintenance/Resident Services, Safety, Marketing and Leasing).
• Maintain knowledge of properties and local market comparisons.
