Metropolitan Management Co. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage a select group of mid-sized vintage properties in the Seattle area. You will oversee daily operations, drive resident satisfaction, and maintain property charm across one or two sites.

The role offers up to 28 hours per week as a part-time position with after-hours emergency availability and performance-based commissions on leases and renewals. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential.

Competenze

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety and protocols; basic maintenance understanding.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexibility with schedule and strong organizational skills.
• Experience with property management software; real estate background preferred.
• Awareness of Washington State Landlord Tenant Law is preferred.

Mansioni

• Market and lease units, including ad creation, responding to inquiries, and showings.
• Prepare and execute rental agreements and move in/out inspections.
• Maintain digital files in property management software.
• Rent collection and communicating with residents on payment plans.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and scheduling with vendors.
• Oversee on-site maintenance staff and vendors.
• Interact with residents, vendors, peers and corporate team members.
• Perform routine property walks and address upkeep issues promptly.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and after-hours emergencies.
• Generate and post required legal notices; support regional manager.
