Arbor Management is seeking a capable Property Manager for Eastgate in Wilmington, DE. This part-time role emphasizes timely rent collection, on-site supervision, tenant relations, and coordinating maintenance.

You will oversee leasing activities, screen applicants, show apartments, process deposits, and ensure safety and compliance. Responsibilities include budgeting, vendor management, preparing internal and external reports, and staff training.

Qualifications

• Industry knowledge and/or Tax Credit / Elderly.
• Outstanding tenant relations’ skills.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Computer literacy including MS Office (Word & Excel); Yardi, Rent Cafe and/or HUD.
• Manager experience is a Plus.
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Timely collection of rents and all monies on site, including daily deposits and record keeping.
• Hire, train and motivate staff.
• Leasing process including telephone inquiries, greeting prospective tenants, showing apartments, taking applications and deposits, verifying application information, follow-up and renewal.
• Inspection of property for safety and maintenance needs.
• Tenant issues and relations.
• Coordination of property maintenance.
• Budget control including management of vendors and contractors.
• Prepares various internal and outside agency reports
