Ad-West Realty Services seeks a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of residential properties, ensuring maintenance, tenant satisfaction and financial performance. You will manage tenant relations, coordinate maintenance and keep leases up to date.

Responsibilities include budgeting, vendor coordination, inspections and marketing to attract tenants. On-call for emergencies and reporting to the Regional Property Manager are also required.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant experience preferred in property management.
• Strong computer aptitude and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of residential properties ensuring maintenance and financial performance.
• Manage tenant relations, enforce leases, and collect rents.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, vendor relationships and budgeting.
• Conduct property inspections and implement marketing strategies to attract tenants.
• Provide on-call coverage for emergencies and report to Regional Property Manager.
