Job summary

Multifamily NW is seeking a Temporary Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at Forest Hills, Ridgeway Village, and Riverside Manor 1 & 2, with The Pines added later. The role requires managing rent collection, leasing, and resident services while coordinating with maintenance and staff across locations.

The position starts part-time (24 hours/week) and transitions to full-time (40 hours/week) from September 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026, at multiple properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of hospitality, office management or administrative experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Yardi property management software required.

Responsibilities

• Codes invoices in a timely and accurate manner for approval.
• Maintains resident records to comply with affordable housing regulations.
• Manages rent collection and timely deposit/recording of receipts.
• Leads leasing process from application to move-in.
• Markets the property to maintain occupancy goals and strong image.
• Oversees on-site team and maintains budgets and financial performance.
