Qualifications

• 1 year+ in storage rental or customer service management desirable
• comfortable with walking/driving between locations
• proficient with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by explaining products/services and following up with interested customers
• Provide strong customer service, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints
• Perform property maintenance tasks and coordinate with vendors
• Physically move around stores, drive to bank for deposits when needed
• Communicate clearly with other teams and ensure a positive customer experience
