Job summary

Storage Asset Management is seeking a proactive Sales/Leasing professional to drive storage rentals, lead tours, and maintain an exceptional property presentation. You will manage leasing, marketing initiatives, and customer relations while upholding high standards of service.

A driver’s license and weekends availability are expected to support multi-site operations. The role requires strong communication, energy for new ideas, and a track record in sales or marketing within a retail/operations

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills required.
• Open availability including weekends.
• Ability to perform light maintenance and overall property upkeep.
• Management experience in leasing, retail, or operation environment.
• Previous experience in sales or marketing with a proven ability to generate business and close leads.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Energetic and open to new ideas and direction changes.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with access to reliable transportation.
• Completion of pre-employment background screening.
• Previous storage management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Convert inquiries into storage rentals and close sales.
• Conduct engaging facility tours to elevate customer experience.
• Keep the facility clean, well-maintained and presentation-ready.
• Perform daily facility inspections for premium presentation.
• Implement marketing plans following guidelines.
• Build presence in local associations and community events.
• Provide sales training and support to assistant managers.
• Proactively manage rent collections and keep transparent accounting records.
