Job summary

Storage Asset Management is seeking a Property/Leasing Manager to convert inquiries into rentals and lead engaging facility tours. You will ensure the property is clean, well-maintained, and presented excellently, while executing marketing plans and building local community ties.

The role requires strong customer service, weekend availability, and experience in leasing or retail. A valid driver’s license and background screening are required. Growth opportunities are available within SAM.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the sales champion, converting inquiries into rentals.
• Elevate the customer experience with facility tours.
• Maintain clean, well-maintained facilities.
• Conduct daily facility inspections for premium presentation.
• Implement marketing plans per guidelines.
• Establish presence in local associations and community events.
• Participate in sales training and industry events.
• Mentor assistant managers with sales acumen.
• Proactively manage rent collections and fees.
• Maintain precise accounting records with transparency.
