• Skilled in income qualification, tenant file accuracy, and regulatory compliance

Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day operations of assigned properties
• Market and lease apartments and manage resident relations
• Ensure budgets are followed and compliance with affordable housing regulations
• Supervise property staff and inspect units and vendor work
• Lead marketing and leasing strategy to maintain occupancy targets
