8 PM, Inc. in Los Angeles is seeking a sharp, organized Property Manager for a part-time hybrid role. You will handle weekday office tasks, field property visits, and coordination with tenants, owners, and vendors.

This position requires bilingual Spanish, strong multitasking, and the ability to work independently. You’ll manage applications, oversee Airbnb listings, and provide weekend support to sustain our growing LA portfolio.

Qualifications

8 PM is a fast-growing property management company overseeing 950+ units across Los Angeles. We’re building a high-performance team and looking for a sharp, organized, and reliable part-time Property Manager to help drive our next phase of growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, enjoys solving problems, and can confidently manage multiple responsibilities with minimal oversight.

Please note this role requires Bilingual-level proficiency in Spanish.

Schedule

• 24 hours per week
• Saturday-Monday
• Work remotely on weekends
• In-office/field work on your weekday shift

What You’ll Do

• Post notices and perform property visits during your weekday office shift
• Respond to and coordinate emergency maintenance requests
• Process rental applications and leasing agreements
• Communicate professionally with tenants, property owners, and vendors by phone, email, and text

• Ability to travel locally throughout Los Angeles County for property visits and notice posting
• Must maintain personal auto insurance and be willing to add 8 PM Inc. as an additional insured
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation + smart phone
