Job summary

Westminster-Company is seeking a diligent Maintenance Technician for a part-time role (24 hours a week) to maintain our property, prepare vacant units within five days, and uphold high curb appeal. You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to on-site requests, and coordinate with the site manager to keep the building safe and welcoming.

The role requires working with HVAC, carpentry, plumbing and electrical tasks, using proper safety devices, and managing supplier bids when needed.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years maintenance experience.
• General knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Completed high school or trade school equivalent.
• Must know how to use safety devices and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and make-ready tasks to prepare vacant units within policy.
• Respond to service requests and coordinate with site manager for bids and contractors.
• Maintain grounds, curb appeal, and safety in common areas.
• Ensure energy conservation and proper inventory control.
