Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in basic building and maintenance repairs.
• Professional, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Available to work Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor maintenance tasks and basic repairs as needed.
• Clean and prepare apartments for new tenants.
• Complete work orders and coordinate with property management.
• Maintain grounds and common areas.
