Job summary

Accessible Space Inc. seeks a part-time Property Caretaker / Maintenance person for our apartment building in Hibbing, Minnesota.

You will help maintain a clean, safe environment and perform minor building and unit maintenance during daytime hours, Monday through Friday. This role includes handling unit turnovers, coordinating routine maintenance, completing inspections, and assisting with bids for larger repairs.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in performing minor building and maintenance repairs.
• Work independently.
• Effective communicate orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Complete minor building and unit maintenance repairs
• Do all duties related to unit turnovers
• Carry out ongoing routine maintenance and prevention checks
• Implement required unit and building inspections
• Perform routine errands
• Obtain bids on contracted maintenance and repair work
