Job summary

Blueprint Schools Network in Sierra Vista, AZ is seeking a meticulous Program Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the Blueprint Fellows Program across partner schools. The role requires in-person travel every 4 to 6 weeks and a hybrid work arrangement.

You will collaborate with tutors and program teams, manage data trackers, prepare reports, and assist with STAR assessments while ensuring compliance and a positive experience for Fellows and school partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in education, nonprofit programs, operations support, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Hybrid work environment experience or flexibility.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day coordination of tutoring program operations across assigned school sites.
• Monitor student data trackers and Fellow time and attendance logs to ensure accurate records.
• Prepare stakeholder reports by organizing program data and adding operational context.
• Coordinate with school partners regarding access to technology, systems, materials, and campus logistics.
• Communicate schedule updates and operational changes to Fellows.
• Assist with coordinating and administering STAR assessments, student surveys, and other evaluations.
• Escalate operational issues to program leadership as appropriate.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for Fellows regarding schedules, logistics, and expectations.
• Support Fellow onboarding and engagement activities.
• Collaborate with school staff and Blueprint team for smooth operations.
