Blueprint Schools Network is seeking a detail-oriented Program Operations Coordinator to support the Math Fellows Program across Sierra Vista partner schools. This hybrid, part-time role requires coordinating tutoring operations, managing data trackers, and supporting Fellows and school partners to ensure smooth program execution.

The position involves travel to partner sites every 4-6 weeks, collaboration with program teams, and ensuring compliance with district requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day coordination of tutoring program operations across assigned school sites.
• Assist with maintaining accurate program records by monitoring student data trackers and Fellow time and attendance logs.
• Help prepare stakeholder reports by organizing program data and adding operational context.
• Support communication with school partners regarding access to technology, systems, materials, and campus logistics.
• Communicate school schedule updates and operational changes to Fellows.
• Assist with coordinating and administering STAR assessments, student surveys, and other program evaluations.
• Escalate operational issues to program leadership as appropriate.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for Fellows regarding schedules and logistics.
• Reinforce professionalism standards and escalate performance concerns.
• Share resources and updates with Fellows throughout the program year.
• Support Fellow onboarding and engagement activities.
• Build positive relationships with school staff and Blueprint teams.
• Ensure clear communication between Fellows, schools, and leadership.
• Participate in team meetings and planning activities.
• Collaborate with Math Fellows Program Director and teams to deliver cohesive Fellow support.
• Ensure lesson planning, observations, and feedback loops are integrated.
• Share insights to support program improvement.
