Job summary

Blueprint Schools Network in Sierra Vista, AZ is seeking a part-time Program Operations Coordinator to support the Blueprint Fellows Program’s math tutoring operations across partner schools. You’ll work with tutors and Blueprint teams to ensure smooth implementation and a positive student experience.

This hybrid role requires residence in the Sierra Vista area, travel to partner sites every 4–6 weeks, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in education, nonprofit programs, operations support, administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Meet, Docs, Sheets).
• Proficiency with data systems or data trackers.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must reside in Sierra Vista, Arizona area and consistently have access to reliable transportation to travel on-site to Blueprint school partner locations within the region.
• Ability to submit timely travel reimbursements per Blueprint policy.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day tutoring program operations across assigned school sites.
• Monitor student data trackers and Fellow time and attendance logs.
• Prepare stakeholder reports by organizing program data and context.
• Coordinate with school partners regarding access to technology, systems and materials.
• Communicate schedule updates to Fellows for assemblies, testing and events.
• Coordinate and administer STAR assessments and surveys.
• Escalate operational issues to program leadership as needed.
• Serve as a point of contact for Fellows regarding schedules and logistics.
• Reinforce professionalism standards and elevate performance concerns to the Director as needed.
• Share resources and updates with Fellows throughout the program year.
• Support Fellow onboarding and engagement activities.
• Collaborate with school staff and Blueprint team to deliver cohesive Fellow support.
• Ensure lesson planning, observations and feedback loops support Fellows.
