This hybrid, part-time role requires travel every 4 to 6 weeks, strong organizational skills, and collaboration with tutors and Blueprint teams to ensure smooth program implementation and a positive student experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–3 years in education, nonprofit programs, operations, or administration.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Hybrid work environment experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Residence in Sierra Vista, AZ area with ability to travel on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day tutoring program operations across school sites.
• Monitor student data trackers and Fellow time/attendance logs.
• Prepare stakeholder reports with operational context.
• Coordinate access to technology, materials, and campus logistics.
• Communicate schedule updates and operational changes to Fellows.
• Assist with STAR assessments, surveys, and program evaluation.
• Escalate issues to program leadership as needed.
• Support onboarding and engagement of Fellows.
