Job summary

BBBS Big Sky Country is seeking a Livingston Program Manager for site-based programming in Livingston, MT. This part-time role (5–15 hours/week) begins December 2026 or January 2027, with occasional higher hours requiring CEO approval.

Responsibilities include enrollment, early match processes, and ongoing match support to ensure youth safety and positive mentor relationships. The role may support other BBBS program functions and fundraising events as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in social services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Able to apply interpersonal and social-emotional skills with adults and youth.
• Knowledge of Child Safety, Trauma-Informed Care, and Equity and Inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Follow BBBS Standards and Service Delivery Model for all program steps.
• Manage Big & Little recruitment for Livingston site-based programming.
• Manage enrollment of Bigs & Littles, including interviews, and ensure paperwork is collected accurately.
• Facilitate matching process, supervision, closure for participants.
• Manage match support contacts and ensure documentation is completed on time.
• Prepare and facilitate training for Bigs & Littles.
• Coordinate and oversee program activities weekly during the school year.
• Resolve problems and questions from youth, volunteers, parents/guardians, teachers, and school administration promptly.
• Collaborate with Bozeman Program Manager and Match Support Specialist; may support Livingston group mentoring and community-based matches.
• Proactively communicate with team across Gmail, Slack, Zoom, etc.
• Facilitate continual contact with school administration and troubleshoot any problems.
• Attend community networking and outreach events as appropriate.
