Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 3 years experience in office operations with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication; collaborative across teams.
• Experience developing marketing plans and enrollment strategies.
• Familiarity with diverse populations and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Director in the management of the program.
• Develop marketing plans and strategies to promote courses and increase enrollment.
• Collaborate with staff and other Program Directors as necessary.
• Develop, implement and monitor new programs based on community needs.
• Define resources and schedule for implementation of the program.
• Supervise the project team and manage conflicts as they occur.
• Assess team and evaluate their performance.
• Identify areas for improvement and implementation plans.
• Facilitate customized training needs as required.
