Responsibilities

• Assist Program Director in the management of the program.
• Develop marketing plans to promote courses and increase enrollment.
• Collaborate with staff and other program directors.
• Develop, implement and monitor new programs based on community needs.
• Define resources and schedule for program implementation.
• Supervise the project team and manage conflicts.
• Assess team and evaluate performance.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement plans.
• Provide customized training as required.
