• Assist Program Director in managing the program as needed.
• Develop marketing plans to promote courses and increase enrollment.
• Collaborate with staff and other Program Directors.
• Develop and monitor new programs based on community needs.
• Define resources and schedule for program implementation.
• Supervise the project team and manage conflicts.
• Assess team and evaluate performance.
• Identify improvement areas and implement plans.
• Facilitate customized training as required.
