Houston City College is seeking a Program Manager (Part-time) for VAST Academy in Houston, TX. The role focuses on program administration, marketing, recruitment strategies, and curriculum development to meet community and business needs.

Provides program administration, supervision of a specific program(s); may also involve supervision of program participants and assessing/advising participants. Provides program marketing and recruitment strategies creating/revising program curricula; monitor business/industry trends; partnerships with business, industry, community agencies.

Bachelor’s degree required.
Master’s degree or higher preferred.
3 years experience in office operations required, including supervisory experience.
General Office. Must be able to perform all job requirements with or without reasonable accommodations; remain in a stationary position during shift; move items weighing up to 25 pounds; position self to operate job equipment; apply established protocols in a timed manner. Must access, input and retrieve information from technology devices; communicate with others to accomplish job requirements. May be required to work after hours to include weekends and holidays.
