Right At School in Woodlyn, PA seeks a part-time Program Manager to lead after-school enrichment activities, ensuring safe, engaging experiences for children. The role supports school partners and families, coordinating a lightweight schedule with two shifts and up to 4.58 hours weekly.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, experience with children, and strong communication. Helpers receive benefits and opportunities to grow within the program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Experience working with children and knowledge of unique needs.
• Coursework or training in child development or related field.
• Communication skills; oral, written, and visual with adults and children.
• Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Joy: uphold safety and joy standards; ensure attendance policies and safety procedures; coach staff to maintain team productivity.
• Safety Assurance: support and report on safety protocols for participant well-being.
• Maintain student check-ins/outs and attendance procedures per company policy.
• Engage with families, client partners, peers, and children to support effective communication and relationships.
• Implement daily activities, fitness fun, and curriculum while ensuring a safe, engaging environment.
