Job summary

Right At School is hiring a Program Manager to inspire learning and support schools. The role oversees after-school programs, coaches staff, and collaborates with school leaders to deliver safe, engaging experiences for children.

Responsibilities include leading a team, maintaining safety and compliance, and representing the organization in community events. Prior supervisory experience and bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are preferred; a high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising others.
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English).
• Strong communication skills in English (oral, written, and visual) with adults and children.
• Familiarity with Google tools or willingness to learn.
• Ability to meet state-specific requirements (background checks, fingerprints, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality enrichment programs for students.
• Develop and coach a team passionate about safety and engagement.
• Collaborate with school principals and staff to enhance instruction.
• Represent Right At School in community events.
• Maintain safety standards and program paperwork.
