Right At School is seeking a part-time Program Manager in New Jersey to lead morning and afternoon shifts, ensuring safe, engaging activities for children. The role involves coordinating staff, maintaining attendance procedures, and upholding licensing standards while delivering reliable communication with families and partners.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, experience with children, and strong written and verbal communication.

- Experience managing competing priorities and delivering quality service to stakeholders.
- Experience working with children and knowledge of their needs.
- Strong communication skills with adults and children.
Responsibilities
- Safety & Joy: role model safety and joy standards; keep site documents and licensing up to date; outline attendance and safety procedures; coach staff and maintain team cohesion.
- Safety Assurance: support safety protocols; identify and submit proof of MMR.
- Effective Communication: engage with families, client partners, peers, and children; respond promptly to communications; collaborate with Area Manager.
