Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in records and processes.

  • Complete and reconcile required monthly and quarterly Program Integrity reports.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential case records using applicable agency systems.
  • Perform other Program Integrity and administrative duties as assigned.

Are you ready to make a meaningful difference while helping support your community? Alamance County Department of Social Services is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Program Integrity Assistant to join our Economic Services team on a part-time, temporary basis!

This is more than an administrative position; it is an opportunity to help support the integrity and efficiency of essential services provided to individuals and families in Alamance County. As a Program Integrity Assistant, you will help coordinate, organize, and support daily operations within the Economic Services area. You will assist with reviewing and maintaining documentation, organizing information, entering data accurately, supporting program-related processes, and providing essential administrative assistance to staff.

In this role, you will use your organization, communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills to help ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with established procedures. Your ability to manage multiple responsibilities, maintain confidentiality, and work collaboratively will contribute to the success of our Economic Services team and the quality of services provided to our community.

Graduation from high school and demonstrated possession of knowledge, skills and abilities gained through at least two years of professional or clerical experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Basic experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
