Job summary

Portfolio Resident Services Inc. (PRS) is seeking a part-time Program Coordinator to support residents of affordable housing communities. You will provide CORES certified resident services and help raise life skills, health, and family standards, earning up to $17.50 per hour for about 15 hours a week.

The role requires strong organization and a heart for community service. Typical hours are 12-5pm, Monday through Friday, three days weekly, with occasional evenings or weekends as duties demand.

Qualifications

• Experience in education, social work, non-profit or related field.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement a monthly calendar of developmental activities and essential resources for resident social, educational, and economic needs.
• Demonstrate leadership in overseeing donations, resident engagement, and volunteer efforts.
• Recruit volunteers, solicit donations, and work with community partners.
• Log communications with volunteers, community partners and donations.
• Provide information about local resources or assistance within the community to residents.
