Portfolio Resident Services (PRS) is seeking a part‑time Program Coordinator to support residents in affordable housing communities. You will design activities, coordinate resources, and engage volunteers to enhance social, educational, and economic outcomes.

The role demands organized, self-motivated individuals with a heart for the community. Typical schedule is 12‑5pm, two days a week, with occasional evenings or weekends as duties require.

Qualifications

• Experience in education, social work, non-profit or related field preferred.
• Able to work 2 days per week, 12‑5pm, with occasional evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and act as first contact at the community center.
• Prepare monthly reports from calendars, sign‑in sheets, and activity hours.
• Design and post monthly calendars and flyers; distribute door-to-door on-site.
• Oversee programs, recruit volunteers, solicit donations, and partner with community partners.
• Log communications with volunteers and donations; submit monthly log.
• Provide information about local resources to residents.
