Job summary

Paul D. Camp Community College in Franklin, VA is seeking a part-time Program Specialist to provide administrative support across two campuses and the regional center.

The role includes preparing requisitions, ordering supplies, designing program graphics and newsletters, maintaining the Community Resources Toolkit, and assisting success coaches. This wage position is limited to 1,500 hours per year (May 1 – April 30) with no state benefits; must be able to work at Franklin and Suffolk campuses

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare requisitions and order supplies; maintain inventory.
• Create program graphics; ensure college standards in collateral.
• Design newsletters; maintain the Community Resources Toolkit.
• Greet and direct students to success coaches; communicate with students via email/phone/mail.
• Create and maintain the program webpage; operate between two campuses.
• Coordinate and administer program activities; manage documents and files.
• Keep expenditure records; prepare reports and grant data; maintain calendar of events.
• Record meeting minutes; review files for data requests.
