Job summary

LifeWise Academy seeks a part-time Program Director to help lead and grow the LifeWise program in the local community. You will build partnerships with schools, parents, churches and community members while representing LifeWise Academy with professionalism and compassion.

You will lead fundraising efforts, donor communications and stewardship, recruit and support volunteers, and oversee scheduling, enrollment and basic admin tasks to ensure smooth program operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in ministry, education, fundraising, administration, volunteer coordination or community engagement is helpful; mission-focused.
• Ability to recruit, train and support volunteers and team members.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with school leaders, parents and churches.

Responsibilities

• Develop partnerships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members.
• Serve as a trusted representative of LifeWise Academy in the local community.
• Communicate the vision and impact of the program.
• Coordinate local fundraising efforts and campaigns.
• Lead donor communication, appreciation and stewardship.
• Recruit, train and support LifeWise team members.
• Oversee scheduling, enrollment and administrative tasks.
• Maintain compliance with school policies and LifeWise procedures.
