Job summary

LifeWise Academy seeks a part-time Program Director to help lead and grow the LifeWise program in the local community. You will build partnerships with schools, churches, parents, and community members while representing the Academy with integrity and clarity of vision.

You will lead fundraising efforts, donor stewardship, and community outreach, including church presentations and sponsorship opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in ministry, education, fundraising, administration, or community engagement is helpful.
• Heart for the mission and ability to work with students, families, and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive partnerships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members.
• Serve as a trusted representative of LifeWise Academy in the local community.
• Communicate the vision and impact of the program.
• Coordinate local fundraising efforts and community giving campaigns.
• Lead donor communication, appreciation and stewardship.
• Conduct church presentations, fundraising events, sponsorship opportunities and community outreach initiatives.
• Encourage ongoing financial partnerships to help sustain and grow the program.
• Utilize the LifeWise Academy fundraising strategies.
• Recruit, train, encourage and support team members.
• Foster a safe, welcoming, Christ-centered culture for students and families.
• Coordinate teams to ensure classes run smoothly and safely.
• Oversee communication, scheduling, enrollment and basic administrative tasks.
• Assist with budgeting, fundraising coordination and stewardship of resources.
• Maintain compliance with school policies and LifeWise Academy procedures.
