Job summary

LifeWise Academy seeks a part-time Program Director to lead the LifeWise program in the local community. You will build partnerships with schools, churches and parents while guiding fundraising efforts and stewarding donor relationships.

You will recruit and support team members, ensure safe, welcoming classes, and manage scheduling, enrollment and basic admin tasks while maintaining compliance with school policies. Passion for the mission is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in ministry, education, fundraising, administration, volunteer coordination or community engagement is helpful, but a heart for the mission is essential.
• Strong relationship-building and clear communication skills are important for this role.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive partnerships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members
• Serve as a trusted representative of LifeWise Academy in the local community
• Communicate the vision and impact of the program
• Coordinate local fundraising efforts and community giving campaigns
• Lead donor communication, appreciation and stewardship
• Conduct church presentations, fundraising events, sponsorship opportunities and community outreach initiatives
• Encourage ongoing financial partnerships to help sustain and grow the program
• Recruit, train, encourage and support team members
• Oversee communication, scheduling, enrollment and basic administrative tasks
• Assist with budgeting, fundraising coordination and stewardship of resources
• Maintain compliance with school policies and LifeWise Academy procedures
• Oversee teams to ensure classes run smoothly and safely
