Job summary

LifeWise Academy seeks a part-time Program Director to lead and grow our LifeWise program in the local community. You will build partnerships with schools, churches and families while coordinating fundraising and donor stewardship.

You will recruit and support team members, maintain a welcoming culture, oversee scheduling and enrollment, and ensure compliance with policies. This role offers flexible hours and meaningful mission-driven work.

Qualifications

• Must have heart for the mission and experience in ministry, education, fundraising, administration, or volunteer coordination.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members.
• Coordinate local fundraising efforts and donor communications.
• Recruit, train and support team members; foster a Christ-centered culture.
• Oversee program operations including scheduling, enrollment, and basic admin tasks.
