Job summary

LifeWise Academy seeks a part-time Program Director to help lead and grow the LifeWise program in the community. You will develop partnerships with schools, churches and families, coordinate fundraising, and support a team to ensure classes run smoothly with a safe, welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes arranging community outreach, communicating the program's vision, and sustaining partnerships to support students and families over time.

Qualifications

• Love building relationships and bringing people together.
• Passion for reaching public school students with the gospel.
• Experience in ministry, nonprofit fundraising, administration or volunteer coordination is helpful, but mission focus is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop partnerships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members.
• Coordinate local fundraising efforts and donor communication.
• Recruit, train and support team members; foster a safe, Christ-centered culture.
• Oversee scheduling, enrollment and basic administrative tasks; support budgeting and stewardship.
