Job summary

Harvard University is seeking a part-time Program Administrator to support the Power and AI Initiative Industry Affiliate Program (PAI) and related activities.

The role leads as the primary contact for members and stakeholders, managing communications, events, and governing processes. The position is 17.5 hours per week on the Allston Campus, with occasional travel and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum several years of related program/administrative experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, implementation, and support for program events, meetings, and activities.
• Manage administrative records including partnership agreements and sponsorship funds.
• Coordinate execution of membership agreements across external partners and internal teams.
• Monitor timelines and renewals with SEAS leadership and finance teams.
• Develop and monitor program budget and invoices; support reporting and materials.
